Welcome to GamersCircuit (“the Site”). By accessing or using https://gamerscircuit.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.

By visiting, registering, commenting, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

6.1 Site Content

All text, graphics, logos, images, and code on the Site (“Site Content”) are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Content Rights & Fair Use

  • Original Content. All articles, reviews, and in-game screenshots you see here are © GamersCircuit (Shiro).
  • Short Quotes. Excerpts of up to two sentences from other sources are used under fair-use/fair-dealing with clear attribution and a link back to the original.
  • Official or Press Images. Promotional art or press shots are used sparingly and always credited (e.g., “Image via [Publisher] Press Kit”).
  • Full-Length Excerpts & Galleries. Reproducing longer text passages or extensive image galleries requires written permission from the copyright holder; we paraphrase or link instead.

6.3 Limited License

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections 4 (User-Generated Content), 5 (Affiliate Links), 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) will survive termination.
